Our team reviews care requirements — memory care, assisted living, independent living, or skilled nursing — alongside any diagnoses, medication needs, and daily-living support required. We use this to build a shortlist of appropriate communities.
We only recommend communities we've personally vetted for licensing status, staff-to-resident ratios, and safety and quality of care. As a donor-funded nonprofit, we do not accept commissions or referral fees from any community, ensuring every recommendation is based solely on what's right for your loved one.
We help schedule tours, accompany families when possible, and provide a comparison sheet covering cost, services, room types, and availability so you can make an informed side-by-side decision.
Once a family chooses a community, we help coordinate paperwork, move logistics, and the transition itself, and we check in after move-in to make sure the placement is working well.
Our relationship doesn't end at move-in. Families can reach out anytime with questions about care changes, billing concerns, or if a placement needs to be reevaluated.
